Shipping policy
This policy applies to every order placed on inxiz.com. Times are given in business days: Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.
Delivery times
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). An order placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day starts processing that day. An order placed after the cutoff, or on a Saturday or Sunday, starts processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed in 4 to 6 business days, then shipping takes 4 to 10 business days. That is an estimated 8 to 16 business days from the start of processing to your door. Delivery times may vary.

Shipping costs and destinations
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, and shipping is free on orders of $70 or more after discounts. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders travel with carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Order confirmation and tracking
Once you buy, we send an order confirmation email with your order number, order summary, total cost and shipping address. When a tracking number is available we send it in a shipping confirmation email, and you can look your order up at any time at inxiz.com/apps/track123.
Addresses and delays
Please enter your shipping address in full at checkout. We are not responsible for an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly, or for a parcel you ask the carrier to forward or redirect after it has left us; such parcels can be lost, stolen or damaged. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, confirm the address with us and we resend it. If your order has not arrived 30 days after you placed it, we refund or replace it.
Changing or cancelling an order
You have 4 hours after checkout to email support@inxiz.com and ask for a change or a cancellation. After 4 hours the order has moved into fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
