This Privacy Policy describes how Inxiz ("Inxiz", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit inxiz.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us. The Site is hosted on Shopify.

By using the Site you agree to the collection, use and sharing of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal and operational reasons. We post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last updated" date below.

Personal information we collect

Information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers), order and return details, account information, the messages you send us, product reviews you submit, and the newsletter or SMS preferences you choose.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, time zone, the pages and products you view, how you reached the Site and how you interact with it. We collect it with cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies ("Usage Data").

Information from third parties: our service providers (for example Shopify, our payment and shipping partners) and advertising platforms may provide information about you, such as confirmation of a payment or delivery.

How we use your personal information

  • To provide products and services: process payments, fulfil and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns, exchanges and refunds, manage your account.
  • Marketing and advertising: send you email or text promotions you have signed up for, and show you ads for our products on other sites and apps. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices").
  • Security and fraud prevention: screen orders for fraud and protect the Site and our customers.
  • Improving the Site: understand how customers use the Site and our marketing, fix problems and develop new features.
  • Communicating with you: answer your questions and provide customer support.

Cookies and tracking

Like most online stores we use cookies, pixels and tags, including those set by Shopify, to run the Site, remember your cart and preferences, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. We do not change our practices in response to a browser "Do Not Track" signal, but you can opt out of targeted advertising as described below.

How we share personal information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the store, only for the purposes above:

  • Shopify - hosts the Site, processes orders and payments (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout) and powers our customer chat (Shopify Inbox). Shopify's privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Shipping carriers and order tracking - carriers such as USPS or UPS receive your name and address to deliver your order; Track123 powers the tracking page at inxiz.com/apps/track123.
  • Loox - collects and displays product reviews you choose to submit (name, review text, photos).
  • Klaviyo - sends the email and SMS messages you have signed up for.
  • Analytics and advertising partners - Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads and Merchant Center), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and conversion-tracking tools such as WeTracked, which use cookies and pixels to measure the Site and show our ads elsewhere. Depending on your state, this sharing may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, which you can opt out of (see "Your choices").

We may also share information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and those of our customers, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

  • Marketing emails and texts: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text, or email support@inxiz.com.
  • Targeted advertising: opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, in your Facebook and Google ad settings, or by emailing support@inxiz.com with "Do not share my data" in the subject line.
  • Cookies: adjust your browser settings.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, have these rights under their local law.

To exercise a right, email support@inxiz.com from the address linked to your order or account. We verify your identity before acting and reply within the time your local law allows. You may use an authorised agent where the law permits; we will ask the agent for proof of your authorisation.

Data retention

We keep order information for as long as we need it to provide the service, handle returns, meet our tax and legal obligations and resolve disputes, and account information until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.

Security

Payment information is encrypted in transit and handled by our payment providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

Inxiz serves customers in the United States. Our team works from the United States and Vietnam, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
