At inxiz Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange a custom printed t-shirt. Please read our return and exchange policy below for more information.

Guaranteed refund or replacement

Orders do not arrive before 30 days from when you place your order.
Your order was lost due to transit.
Defective products, poor-quality printing or incorrect product...

Eligible Situations for Returns and Exchanges:

Our policy allows for returns and exchanges in the following situations:

  1. Lost Items: If your order is lost during transit and has not been delivered to you.
  2. Defective Items: In case you receive a t-shirt with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
  3. Incorrect Size or Color: If you receive a t-shirt that is a different size or color from what you ordered.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. You report the issue to us within 30 Day of receiving your order. We encourage you to reach out to us promptly for a swift resolution.
  2. The t-shirt is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.
  3. You can provide proof of purchase, such as the order number and purchase receipt.

Order Modifications Or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 4 hours to Contact our Customer Service (Detail here) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 4 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the wrong style and size of their purchase, no return or refund is accepted in this case. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.

Return/Refund Request

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if your item has arrived later than committed time (Detail here) or it is received as a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:
Replacement Order - We replace your original order and send you new confirmation and shipping information.
Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new purchase.
Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Credit Card).

In case your shipment's stopped or lost by the carrier, we are sure to check with them and resend your item at no fee. If the order is returned due to wrong address, please confirm shipping address again, after it comes back, we will have it resent to you.

How To Return An Item

All the printings are provided on demand so in case of return/refund, received item does not need returning , in this case we will sent you a free replacement product with free shipping cost.
If the size or the color is wrongly placed by your faults, we're willing to help on processing another one with a discount (Contact us for detail).

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item and contact one of our heroes through our Contact us.

Duration Of Refund Processing

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you. The refund duration’s depended on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within 2 business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

Remember, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request. The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.
