How do I find my size?
Start with the measurement table on the product page - many styles carry their own, at the bottom of the description. Compare it with your own bust, waist and hip measurements. Where a style does not carry one, use the size guide: it shows you how to take your measurements and gives the standard US body chart for each family - dresses and sets, coats and jackets, tops and knitwear, skirts and pants.
What if I am between sizes?
For a fitted bodice, a bodycon or a pencil skirt, take the larger size. For an A-line, a wrap or anything with an elastic or tie waist, take your bust measurement and let the skirt do the rest. For a coat you plan to layer over a knit, take the larger size.
Do you carry sizes above XL?
On some styles, yes, and how far depends on the piece. Coats and jackets go furthest: many are graded to 2XL and 3XL, and a few to 4XL and 5XL. Dresses, sets and jumpsuits reach 2XL and 3XL on a smaller share of styles, and a handful of dresses are listed all the way up to 10XL. Tops, knitwear, skirts and pants mostly stop at XL. The size list on the product page is the definitive one for that style.
Some coats show US ranges like S (2-4). Is that the same as the size guide?
Not always. A few outerwear listings carry the maker's own range labels, and those run about one size smaller than the standard US chart on our size-guide pages. When the two disagree, follow the measurement table on that product page.
Are the photos the actual style I will receive?
The images on a product page are that style's own photographs - most styles carry five or more, shot from more than one angle. Colors can read slightly differently from one screen to another, so check the color name and the fabric line alongside the photo.
What fabrics do you use, and how do I care for them?
The fibre, the stretch, the lining and the closure are listed on each product page where the maker confirms them, and the care instruction is listed the same way. If a line is missing from a page, it is because we do not have it confirmed - write to us and we will check.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. That is an estimated 4 to 10 business days from order confirmation to your door. A business day is Monday through Friday, not counting public holidays.
How much is shipping, and do you ship outside the US?
Shipping is $4.99 per item, with USPS or UPS. We currently serve customers in the United States only. Because orders stay inside the US, there are no customs charges to pay on arrival.
How do I track my order?
You get an order confirmation email first, with your order number and summary. When a tracking number is available we send it in a shipping confirmation email. You can also look your order up at Track Your Order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 4 hours after checkout. Email support@inxiz.com with your order number inside that window and we will change or cancel it. After 4 hours the order has moved into fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order if it was lost in transit, arrived damaged or defective, or came in a different size or color from the one you ordered. We replace it, send a credit code, or refund you. An order where the size or style simply was not the one you wanted is not eligible for a return or a refund, so check the measurements before you order. The full terms are on Shipping & Returns.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email support@inxiz.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or of the wrong item. We confirm the next step from there, including whether the piece needs to be sent back. Keep the item unworn and unwashed with its tags attached until we reply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and credit or debit cards. The exact methods available to you are shown at checkout before you pay, and your card is charged by our payment provider once the order is verified.
